Why Oakpenny

Financial Education Built Around You

At Oakpenny, we believe financial literacy develops gradually — not in a single afternoon. Our programmes are structured to build lasting comprehension, with a pace and depth suited to each stage of the journey.

Every programme draws on Singapore's specific financial landscape — CPF structures, MAS-regulated products, and local market context — so what participants learn is immediately relevant to their lives.

Our Approach in Detail

Singapore-Contextualised

All content draws on Singapore's financial products, CPF system, and regional investment context — not generic global theory.

Small Group Sessions

Groups are kept small for active discussion, individual questions, and practical application of each concept covered.

Structured Progression

Each session builds on the last, creating a coherent and solid foundation rather than a fragmented collection of topics.

Practical Materials

Participants receive worksheets, reference packs, and planning tools they can continue using beyond the sessions.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Some of the questions we hear most often. If yours is not listed, please feel free to reach out directly.

Who are the Oakpenny programmes suited for?
Our programmes are open to anyone looking to develop their financial knowledge — whether you are beginning to think about personal finance, building a broader understanding of investments, or planning your longer-term financial future. No specific background is required to join any programme.
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions are held in person at our CapitaGreen premises in Singapore. Groups are kept small to allow for active participation and individual questions. Most sessions incorporate guided exercises, case discussions, and practical application components.
What happens if I need to miss a session?
We ask participants to let us know in advance if they need to miss a session. Where possible, we provide written materials or a catch-up arrangement. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do participants receive documentation upon completion?
Participants receive a letter of completion at the end of each programme. All printed materials — worksheets, reference packs, and planning toolkits — are yours to keep and reference long after the sessions end.
Are instalment payment options available?
For the Investment Landscape Programme and Legacy & Longevity Planning, we can discuss instalment arrangements during your initial enquiry. Please mention this when you reach out and we will outline the options available to you.
How do I enrol in a programme?
You can reach out using the contact form below, by phone, or by email. We will then confirm the right programme for your situation and guide you through the enrolment process from there. There is no obligation at the enquiry stage.
